Enclosed trailers are available in a wide variety of sizes, models, and structures so there are some key things you will want to determine before you even start shopping. 2. Delivery or Pick Up - If you're shopping for an enclosed trailer online, then you'll want to pay close attention to the terms. Where can you pick it up, can it be delivered, how do they handle delivery and how much will it cost? How far away is the trailer manufacturing facility and is it more economical to have it delivered than to pick it up?
3. Method of Payment - Purchasing an enclosed trailer can be a big investment. You may or may not be able to purchase the trailer outright. What methods of payment will the trailer company accept and how are you able to pay? Will you need financing to purchase your enclosed trailer and does the company have trailer loan recommendations? Are they accommodating for customers who require financing?
4. Online Trailer Purchases - As with any online purchase, you'll want to make sure that the website where you're buying the trailer is secure, especially in the section where you provide your credit card and billing information. Look in the URL address bar on the specific page where they ask you to enter your credit card number and make sure you see "https://" (without the quotes) and not just "http://" because the "s" in that address stands for "secure." Since this is an important investment and you want to be sure you're getting exactly what you want, it would also be good to get on the phone with a salesperson from the online company and confirm all the questions you have about the purchase.
